3M Double Coated Urethane Foam Tape 4016 is an off-white, open-cell urethane foam tape with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides for interior mounting and attachment. The 0.0625 in. (1.6 mm) flexible carrier conforms to joined surfaces, dampens vibration, and builds a strong permanent bond. 3M Adhesive 100 provides high ultimate adhesion, high shear holding power, and resistance to elevated temperatures, solvents, chemicals, and environmental exposure. The densified kraft-paper liner supports die-cutting and automated dispensing while limiting edge roll. This tape suits protected interior and exterior mounting, including signs, nameplates, dispensers, acoustic panels, wire clips, and corner protectors.
