Product Description
3M VHB Tape 4950 is a white, double-sided acrylic foam tape for permanent bonding of metals, glass, and other high-surface-energy materials. A firm acrylic foam core with general-purpose acrylic adhesive provides a 1.1 mm tape thickness and immediate handling strength without a fixturing or cure wait. The tape is rated for long-term use up to 93 deg C and short-term exposure up to 149 deg C for up to four hours. Its permanent bonding format is used for stiffener-to-panel and panel-to-frame attachment, decorative trim, nameplates, and logos.
