Product Description
ARALDITE MY 790-1 Epoxy Resin is a liquid Bis-A epoxy resin component for the hot-curing ARADUR HY 1102 electrical impregnation system. The complete resin and anhydride-hardener formulation is solvent-free and is used for full-bath impregnation and vacuum-pressure impregnation of electric motors, generators, and single conductors with accelerator-containing mica tapes. The reactive mix combines low viscosity, long pot life, and bath stability at elevated temperatures for controlled impregnation processing. Heat cure forms the final insulation system, with cured electrical and mechanical properties governed by the resin-to-hardener ratio, accelerator package, specimen, and cure schedule. MY 790-0.625remains the separately supplied resin component.
