Product Description
CONAPOXY FR-1810 Epoxy Encapsulant is a two-component, filled, flame-retardant epoxy potting system for electronic components, modules, circuit boards and assemblies. Its 1:1 mix ratio by weight and volume accommodates cartridge, hand-mix and meter-mix processing. The mixed material has an initial viscosity of 8,000 cP at 25 deg C, an 80-minute work life for a 200 g mass, and a 36 deg C peak exotherm for a 225 g mass. After cure, the material combines 22% elongation with UL 94 V-0 performance at 4.8 mm.
