Product Description
Cyberbond 2010 is a one-component, solvent-free ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive for fast general-purpose bonding. It has a typical viscosity of 95 to 200 mPa s at 20 deg C and fixtures in about 20 seconds, supporting controlled application to metals, elastomers, rubber, and plastics. Substrate-specific set times range from 2 to 4 seconds on ABS to 5 to 40 seconds on steel under the stated conditions. The cured adhesive provides a 2,920 psi shear strength on stainless steel and a service temperature range of -55 to 95 deg C.
Key features
- Fast general-purpose fixture: Typical fixture time is 20 seconds, with substrate-specific set times reported for ABS, EPDM, steel, and beech.
- Controlled low-viscosity flow: Typical viscosity is 95 to 200 mPa s at 20 deg C using a cone-plate method.
- Stainless-steel bond strength: Reported cured shear strength is 2,920 psi on stainless steel.
Applications / Suitable for
- Metal and stainless-steel bonding
- Elastomer, rubber, and EPDM assemblies
