Main features
- Cyanoacrylate cure acceleration
- Flexible application methods
- Ultra-low viscosity
Product Description
Cyberbond Blast 6001 is a cyanoacrylate adhesive accelerator designed to increase the curing speed of Apollo cyanoacrylate adhesives in conditions where low humidity or acidic surfaces may slow bond formation. This colorless, low-viscosity liquid can be applied before or after adhesive placement using a brush, spray, wipe, or dropper. Blast 6001 is commonly used to improve cure speed in gap-filling applications and fillet areas where rapid bond development is beneficial. Its fast-evaporating solvent system supports efficient processing while maintaining application flexibility across a range of assembly operations.
Key features
- Cyanoacrylate cure acceleration: Speeds the curing of Apollo cyanoacrylate adhesives in low-humidity and surface-acidic environments.
- Flexible application methods: Can be pre-applied or post-applied using a brush, spray, wipe, or dropper depending on process requirements.
- Ultra-low viscosity: Approximately 1 cP viscosity supports rapid wetting and easy application to the bonding area.
Applications / Suitable for
- Accelerating cyanoacrylate adhesive curing.
- Low-humidity assembly environments.
- Gap-filling bond applications.
- Fillet bond conditions.
- Pre-application or post-application adhesive processes.
