Main features
- Light-Activated Localized Tacking
- Targeted PCB Wire Strain Relief
- Organized Wire Unitization
Product Description
Dymax Light Weld 910 Adhesive for Wire and Parts Tacking is a single-component light-curable adhesive for securing wires and small parts on printed circuit boards. After wires or components are positioned, localized light exposure cures the material at the tack point. The adhesive is suited to wire and parts tacking, strain relief, and wire unitization, helping organize routed conductors and reinforce selected attachment points. Its focused dispense-and-cure approach supports discrete assembly work without coating or encapsulating the surrounding board area.
Key features
- Localized Light-Cure Tacking: Light activation secures wires or small parts after positioning on the board.
- PCB Wire Strain Relief: Applied around routed wires to reinforce localized stress points.
- Wire Unitization: Joins wire groups into a more organized assembly for downstream handling.
Applications / Suitable for
- Wire tacking on printed circuit boards
- Parts tacking on printed circuit boards
- Strain relief
- Wire unitization
