DYMAX 984-LVUF
Harmonization Code : 3910.00.00.90 | Silicones in Primary Forms; Others

Main features
- Ultra-Fluorescent Coverage Detection
- Low-Viscosity Thin-Film Application
- Room-Temperature UV Plus Heat Cure
Product Description
Dymax Multi-Cure 984-LVUF Ultra-Fluorescing Conformal Coating is a one-part, solvent-free conformal coating for electronic assemblies that require a strong inspection signal. UV light cures the low-viscosity material at room temperature, while secondary heat cure develops coating in shadowed areas. After cure, the clear film produces intense blue fluorescence under black light, supporting automated or visual coverage checks. The coating is intended for thin protective layers across lead frames, ceramic, PCB, flex, and silicon surfaces, with chemical and abrasion resistance for in-service assembly protection.
Key features
- Ultra-Fluorescent Cure Inspection: Intense blue fluorescence supports automated or visual coating detection.
- Low-Viscosity Thin Coating: The fluid form supports controlled application in thin conformal layers.
- Light and Secondary Heat Cure: UV cure at room temperature is complemented by heat cure in shadowed areas.
Applications / Suitable for
- Ultra-fluorescent conformal coating of electronic assemblies
- Coating coverage inspection by automated or visual systems
