Product Description
LOCTITE ECCOBOND LUX OGR146TUV is a one-part photocurable acrylate adhesive for optical devices, fiber-optic assemblies, and optoelectronic components. UV exposure provides the primary cure, and secondary thermal schedules of 1 hour at 100 deg C or 2 hours at 85 deg C address material in shadowed areas after light curing. The cured adhesive has a low refractive index across multiple optical wavelengths, including 1.464 at 589 nm and 1.454 at 1550 nm. A 91-day work life at 25 deg C supports extended process availability for controlled, high-throughput assembly.
