ELANTAS CE-1155-35
Harmonization Code : 3403.19 | Lubricating Preparations (With 70% or More Petroleum Oils) For Automotive and Other Uses

Main features
- Extended Eight-to-Ten-Hour Pot Life
- UV-Fluorescent Coverage Inspection
- Flexible Electrical Moisture Barrier
Product Description
CONATHANE CE-1155-35 Two-Component Polyurethane Conformal Coating is a transparent, pre-diluted polyurethane system for forming thin electrical and moisture barriers on components and printed circuit boards. The 1:1 volumetric mix produces a 25 cP coating with an 8 to 10 hour pot life for spray, dip, or brush application. A minimum two-coat process targets a total cured film thickness of 2 mil with a tolerance of 1 mil. The cured coating remains flexible, fluoresces under UV light for inspection, and passes hydrolytic-stability and thermal-shock tests under MIL-I-46058C conditions.
Key features
- Extended Coating Pot Life: An 8 to 10 hour pot life at 25 deg C supports sustained spray, dip, or brush processing.
- UV-Fluorescent Inspection: Tracer dye makes the applied coating fluorescent under UV light for coverage checks.
- Flexible Environmental Barrier: The cured film passes hydrolytic-stability and thermal-shock tests.
Applications / Suitable for
- Thin-film electrical and moisture barrier for components
- Printed circuit board conformal coating
