Product Description

CONATHANE EN-16 Two-Component Polyurethane Potting Compound is an unfilled, 100% solids polyether-based polyurethane system for harness breakouts, watertight connectors, cables, and cable-end seals. The 4:1 mix ratio by weight and volume produces a 4,000 cP mixed material with a 30-minute work life at 25 deg C. Cure may be completed in 7 days at 25 deg C or 16 hours at 80 deg C. The cured elastomer reaches Shore A 80, 510% ultimate elongation, and 4,200 psi tensile strength, supporting flexible, abrasion-resistant potting and molded electrical applications.
