Product Description
CONATHANE RN-1501 Liquid Urethane Prepolymer is a PTMEG polyether liquid urethane prepolymer for producing flexible cast elastomers. Typical viscosity decreases from 17,000 cP at 25 deg C to 500 cP at 100 deg C, providing a defined temperature-dependent processing profile. With CONACURE AH-40 at 100/12.5 parts by weight, the system has a 3-minute work life and forms a Shore A 90 elastomer with 7,500 psi tensile strength and 520% elongation. Applications include industrial truck tires, rolls, gears, die pads, and abrasion-resistant belts.
