Product Description

CONATHANE TU-6090 Two-Component Polyurethane Casting System is an unfilled, 100% solids two-component polyurethane tooling elastomer for casting flexible parts. Part A and Part B are mixed at 100/50 by weight or volume, producing a typical mixed viscosity of 3,100 cP at 25 deg C and a 15 to 20 minute work life. The system cures for 7 to 10 days at 25 deg C or 16 hours at 60 deg C. The cured elastomer reaches Shore A 90 hardness, 2,850 psi tensile strength, and 335% elongation.
