Product Description
EPOXYLITE E6001 Hermetic Epoxy Impregnating Resin is a solvent-borne epoxy insulating varnish for dip-and-bake impregnation of motor windings used in hermetic compressors and refrigeration equipment. The clear amber liquid has 36 to 40% nonvolatile content, typical viscosity of 100 to 200 cP, and a flash point of 13 deg C. stated cure options include two hours at 77 deg C followed by six hours at 135 deg C, or 30 minutes at 177 deg C. The product supports winding impregnation where a low-viscosity epoxy varnish and controlled thermal cure are required.
