EPOXYLITE E6107

Main features

  • Equal-Weight Two-Component Mixing
  • Two-Day Room-Temperature Pot Life
  • VPI and Vacuum Impregnation

Product Description

EPOXYLITE E6107 Hi Temp Epoxy Resin System is a two-component heat-cured impregnation and casting system with a viscous liquid resin and fluid liquid hardener. It is used for VPI, vacuum impregnation, and bench casting of motor armatures, stators, coils, and glass-wrapped electrical or structural components. The components mix at 100:100 by weight. Typical resin viscosity is 18,000 to 28,000 cP, while hardener viscosity is 150 to 400 cP. A staged heat cure develops Shore D 90 hardness together with stated mechanical and electrical insulation properties.

Key features

  • Equal-weight component mixing: The resin and hardener use a 100:100 mix ratio by weight.
  • Extended processing window: The mixed system has a pot life of at least two days at room temperature.
  • Impregnation and casting versatility: The system supports VPI, vacuum impregnation, and bench casting processes.

Applications

  • Impregnation of motor armatures, stators, and coils
  • Impregnation and casting of glass-wrapped electrical and structural components
