Product Description
Plexus MA330 uses a two-part, 1:1 methacrylate system for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composites. At 74 deg F (23 deg C), the non-sagging adhesive provides a 15-18 minute work time and a 30-45 minute fixture time, giving operators time for part alignment before fixture. It fills gaps from 0.75 to 3.2 mm and has an operating range of -55 to 121 deg C. Typical cured tensile strength is 24.1-31.0 MPa, with 20.7-24.1 MPa cohesive lap shear at a 0.76 mm gap.
