Product Description
Resin Designs EMI-CSI-M3 Gel Rope Gasket is a configurable, precured silicone-gel-impregnated Monel wire-mesh rope for EMI shielding, electrical grounding, corrosion protection, environmental sealing, and pressure sealing. The construction uses knitted Monel mesh formed into a circular cross section and impregnated with silicone gel before supply. Because the gel is already cured, the gasket is installed as a preformed shielding and sealing element rather than mixed or cured in place. The family is available in multiple rope diameters and lengths and operates from -40 to 150 deg C. EMI-CSI-M3 is used where compatible assemblies require combined electrical grounding and environmental sealing.
