Resin Designs EMI-CSI-M3-0125 Gel Rope Gasket, 200 ft Spool is a 0.125 in diameter, precured silicone-gel-impregnated Monel wire-mesh rope for EMI shielding, grounding, corrosion protection, environmental sealing, and pressure sealing. The knitted circular mesh combines a conductive Monel structure with silicone gel that is cured before supply, so the gasket is installed without an in-place cure step. This version is supplied as a 200 ft spool, providing a defined rope diameter and package length for assembly use. The M3 family operates from -40 to 150 deg C and is used where compatible joints require combined electrical grounding and environmental sealing.
